Arghakhanchi- The District Police Office here has been conducting public hearings to garner information on citizen’s observation of public service delivery and security situation. It held a public hearing at Khilji of Bhumisthan municipality on Monday.

The people’s representatives, locals, political representatives and civil society members from Asurkot, Khilji and Nuwakot attended the event.

Police Inspector Bishnu Prasad Paudel informed that the public hearing was conducted to garner citizen’s views towards police services including security issues.

Earlier, similar events were held at Chhatradev rural municipality, Shitganga municipality and Malarani rural municipality, according to Deputy Superintendent of Police, Chakra Bahadur Malla.
