Kathmandu, March 9 – The first edition of the ‘Mega Service Camp 2025,’ organized by Alpha Automotive Pvt. Ltd., the official distributor of Royal Enfield in Nepal, has been successfully concluded. The camp was held at the Royal Enfield Service Center in Balkumari, Lalitpur, from March 7 to March 9 (Falgun 23–25). The event was officially inaugurated by Mr. Meghraj Paudel, Director of Alpha Automotive Pvt. Ltd. The three-day camp was organized for Royal Enfield riders and valued customers, offering special service discounts, helmet safety awareness, interactive sessions with experts,

and various entertaining activities. During the camp, customers were provided with several special service offers, including a 10% discount on spare parts, lubricants, and labor charges. Additionally, participants received guaranteed gifts, exclusive service discounts, lucky draw prizes, fun games, expert interactions, quick repair services, free bike washes, bike exchange and financing options, and complimentary lunch for Royal Enfield riders.

Excellent Customer Response

Over the three-day period, nearly 2,000 people participated in the camp, and more than 500 bikes were serviced. Female riders and long-time customers also showed enthusiastic participation. Annual Mega Service Camp Announcement

The company has announced that the Mega Service Camp will now be organized annually across Nepal. It has also committed to offering even better services and enhanced customer engagement in the coming years.
