Kathmandu- His Excellency, Ambassador, Kenya High Commissioner Mr. Peter Maina Munyiri, presented his credentials to the President of Nepal, Ram Chandra Poudel, at the Presidential Office, Sheetal Niwas, last Monday, in the presence of the Honorary Consul of the Republic of Kenya to Nepal, Mr. Chandra Tandan.

On the same day, His Excellency Ambassador High Commissioner Peter Maina Munyiri inaugurated the Consulate General Office of the Republic of Kenya located on the fourth floor of the City Express Complex in Kamaladi, Kathmandu.

At a special ceremony organized by Chandra Tandan, Honorary Consul of the Republic of Kenya to Nepal, the two countries pledged to work towards promoting trade together, as well as expanding cooperation in cultural and other diverse fields.
